Rebeca Davila

Rebeca Dávila, originally from Mexico, is a graduate of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley’s Master’s in Dietetics program. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico. With experience as a dietitian in both Mexico and the United States, Rebeca is passionate about expanding access to culturally relevant nutrition care for individuals in the RGV. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, gardening, baking, and exploring diverse cuisines, though her love for Mexican food, especially Mole, holds a special place in her heart.
