Personalized, comprehensive nutrition consultation designed to support overall health, chronic disease management, and preventive care. This service is available for uninsured patients or when nutrition services are not covered by insurance. Standard pricing applies for external healthcare organizations and insurance carriers.

A continued, personalized nutrition session focused on monitoring progress, adjusting care plans, and supporting ongoing health and chronic disease management. Cooking Demonstration Package

$$A 1-hour nutrition education virtually via-zoom. Nutrition topic of choice (provided to Dietitian ahead of time). If new topic, provide 3-weeks for class date.One-to-One On-Site Counseling
$$A 1-hour consultation that addresses and supports patient overall health and disease management on site at employer location. Request a private-closed office to meet HIPPA and privacy guidelines. Minimum patients per day 5 and no more than 8 a day. Cost includes Dietitian service time + travel and planning.Shopping Tour w/ Your Dietitian
$$A 1-hour grocery shopping tour with your dietitian where she provides tangible solutions on how to shop healthier. Walk department by department consideration of food preferences, health, and budget. This is for group services (minimum of 10 to host)Dietitian Demonstration Support
