What primary services do you offer?

We can support all of your nutrition and health goals. Services include one to one personalized nutrition counseling for lifestyle and disease management. Lifestyle management including support for meal planning, eating on a budget, plant based and more. Disease management including for Diabetes, Heart Disease, Weight Loss/Management, mindful eating and more! Let us help you. 

What do you specialize in?

We have a dynamic team of Dietitians with over 25+ years of experience. Our Dietitians are specialized as certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES), training in Autism, Eating Disorders, renal, and Overweight and Obesity training, We can support across the lifespan; pregnancy, pediatrics, adulthood, and elderly. 

What are the rates of your services?

Our rates for services depend on service provided .Starting at $25 for our in-body training. Check out our menu of services for more information. 

Do you offer virtual services?

Yes! Our trained registered dietitians offer bilingual, virtual, or by phone nutrition counseling.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, all of our Registered Dietitians have been credentialed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission for Dietetics Registration. In addition, all have a B.S. in Dietetics, have completed >1200 of internship hours to have been licensed. They are licensed by the state of Texas and plus we have Dietitians with masters in clinical nutrition, public health and extended graduate level training. 

Who can come to my visit ?

We welcome a positive supportive system! For children, we ask for guardian to attend all visits. For adults, we welcome one more person, due to limited space in our office. However, family is always welcome to wait in our waiting area for additional support.
