Miriam Zhou

Miriam Pena is a Mexican descendant living in the Rio Grande Valley now for over 20+ years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and is a registered and licensed dietitian for the state of Texas. Her job is to educate clients about the use of food and nutrition to promote health and manage diseases. Her biggest purpose in life is God and her children and one of her biggest passions besides traveling and reading is leading and motivating people to create a healthier lifestyle. Her favorite foods are eggs and pizza and one thing she enjoys, for the most part, is a good cup of coffee over a great inspiring conversation with someone.
